Generally speaking,this is an award.There used to be a fan of the week but by the pick I gave you gleeks voted for FOTM (Fan Of The Month).
The rules were that the person who won the award last month makes a pick in which he/she choses the gleeks from which we decide who will win by voting.Whoever wins get an interview which is published as an article [you can search in the spot to read the previous articles].
Last month the winner decided to make a topic in the forum to nominate gleeks and there was a pick again.Usually the voting is during the last days of the month but about June there wasn't a pick and I'm not sure what is happening.
