Whatever happened to Finn's fear of being close with a lady?

Did that magically go away? (when considering the "Like a Virgin" piece in the Madonna episode)

Did we ever find out why he was afraid?

It was in one of the very first episodes. Whichever episode this is from link I remember while they were kissing on the stage, Finn got freaked out about something and ran away. I'm recalling him having some flasback or vision of something before he ran, but I could be wrong..

LOL Finn didn't run away because being close to Rachel freaked him out! He ran away because he was embarrassed that his body... well reacted strongly although it was just a kiss :D And the flashback, thinking of the accident, was supposed to stop his ... reaction... to making out with her :D
