Hmmm, I don't remember her coming up with any street names. Maybe you got it confused with the episode in which they came up with names for their own Inn?
If so, here are the names they came up with:

Sookie: The Paul Revere, The Country Rose, The Country Slicker, Fran's Old Place, The In Inn

Lorelai: The Inn by the Hollow

And Michel's "serious" suggestions: The Money Pit, The Outhouse, The Inn Heading for Bankruptcy

Okay, I just watched this episode again (6.06 welcome to the dollhouse) and you are right, they come up with a few ideas for the streetname while wondering what name they got.

Sookie: Charing Cross Road, Abbey Road
