ghost whisperer isnt being cancelled, january has come and gone, and we are still on the air. This is just a RUMOR, CBS wont deside until the end of the season if it will be back next year for season 5. I dont think that they will cancell it because it brings in the most viewers on Friday Prime time, the last episode braught in 11.6 million viewers, and its been like that all season, they wont give that up so dont worry
