Full Metal Alchemist Question

Are there any characters remind you of one's from FMA?

What i mean is, are there any characters in: anime, books, movies anything that remind you of full metal characters? I have one:
Envy remind me of Bellatrix Lestrange form Harry Potter. why?
- Are apart of groups that try and kill the main character.
- Both are loud and mad.
- Have crazy hair.
- Love torturing people for fun.
That's mine do you have one?
- Oh and picture NOT by me it's of Lust and Envy but is the closest thing i could find.
