while i think rachel had the right to be upset she is partly to blame also and was childish the way she gave up on them and held the grudge

I think anyone who said no, they weren't on a break, does not understand this: They WERE on a break - Rachel said that herself. The real question here is, does "being on a break" make it cheating or not? No one can say "no, they weren't on a break" because they were. You can argue if Ross cheated on her or not. To me, Ross did not cheat. Yeah, I'd never sleep with someone the day a relationship ended, but Ross thought they were broken up, he thought Rachel had moved on, and with the circumstances no, I don't consider it cheating.
