i don't thnk joey and phoebe would work the relationship would be everywhere plus they seem to be closest to one another out of the group

phoebe and ross do actually a few really good moments where i could totally picture them being together, my fave off the top of my head is in the one where mr heckles dies and phoebe and orss are arguing over evolution it's just so funny and the way they react to one another and the phoebe just says "that was fun" once he left all confused lol
also from the start ross has always seem to be slightly interested in phoebe but also very confused by her "i believe the word your lookng for is aannnywaaays"
also another episode i have just thought of that would have been funny if they had been a couple is the one where ross find out phoebe mugged him when he younger

i'm not a phoebe ross shipper at all i just hate the idea of joey and phoebe

Yeah I agree I can't really see Pheobe & Ross together it would just be too weird beacause all Ross seems to really show a true loving feeling toward is Rachel
