I noticed women who are physically beautiful are adored and glorified for their beauty alone and I think that is the embodiment of the superficial society we live in

That's a generalization, but it's mostly right. In some cases, though, women's attractiveness is used against them to make them seem unimportant.

This question is highly simplified. It's not an either/or situation.

and it's sickening.all women are beautiful.it does not matter if she is fat or skinny or dark skinned or pale.if she has big boobs or a big ass or not,IT DOES NOT MATTER,you are beautiful no matter what the people say,because if i had to point out the flaws in each and everyone of us,i would find millions,even in myself

This society is all about appearances and that's a shame.

They're rarely seen as human beings. It's like men can be average or hot or ugly but pretty = default for women. A lot of men just ignore anyone plain.

Though on the other hand, plain/ugly/old women don't typically have to put up with catcalling, harassment, and being told your pain and problems don't exist because "Smile! You're pretty, it could be a lot worse!" which is a hideous thing to tell anyone ever.
