Fanpop Question

Problems with the new image uploading stuff.

I was going to upload some pictures to a club that says I can upload an unlimited amount of images. I started getting my images ready to upload, but I realized that I can't find the upload or download button to do that. What am I doing wrong? I want to upload pictures to a club, but I can't. Someone please help me. Thanks.

I clicked that and went to the page where a browse for the picture and once I pick the image I want and fill in the info I don't see a button to upload the image.
