HELP?! :(

I can't make a club! :( There's no button on the homepage that says "create club" I looked but its not there! And when I try the link it takes me to the log in screen!! Is there any other way I can add a club? :(

The link still took me to the log in scrren! :( And I know it's on the homepage but I don't see it! :(
