Is it spam if someone post's this under my videos

1.copy and paste
2.send this to 2 other videos.
3.hold your breath for 10 seconds
4.press refresh twice
5.LOOK AT YOUR HANDS

I dont want to be a buzzkill or anything it's really annoying and off topic when I see a comment in my updates and it turns out to be this.

Over the years, it's come to also refer to advertising junk - but you can always still use it in its original meaning. In which case, this kind of message DOES fit the bill, as it's definitely stupid, pointless AND annoying ;)
