None of the animals in SpongeBob, The Cleveland Show, or American Dad talk. Only the human souls do. In the animated adaption of Charlie Brown and The Peanuts Movie they removed Snoopy's ability to talk. They found it stupid. Are you gonna complain to the people who made The Charlie Brown specials and The Peanuts Movie for getting rid of Snoopy's ability to talk?
