In which order would you put these characters? Who is stronger?

For me it's:

2.Gildarts
3.Laxus
4.Erza
5.Mirajane
6.Natsu
7.Freed
8.Gajeel
9.Gray
10.Juvia
11.Elfman
12.Cana
13.Levy
14.Bixlow
15.Evergreen
16.Lucy

So why...

-...I placed Natsu lower than Erza and Mira? Because you should not forget that Erza and Mira are S-Class and Natsu isn't yet. I agree with the people who say that Natsu can probably be stronger than those two when he's very angry or something but in my opinion he would lose in a fight against Erza or Mira.

-...I placed Fred above Gajeel, Gray and Juvia? I think Fred is someone who is very underestimated. Elfman and Cana( both also are S-Class candidates) couldn't even touch him when he fought serious. He isn't one of Laxus' "bodyguards" for nothing. Then he has his Dark Ecriture: Pain, Fear and Suffering for example. He even could kill someone with one spell: Dark Ecriture: Death/Demise. If the Fairy Tail members themselves wouldn't say that they do not kill an enemy in a fight, Freed could kill his enemies without too much effort I think or am I wrong here? :o Another advantage is that he also has wings and his Rune magic which is very helpful, specially in fights where you get preparation time. Then he has his forbidden Demon form. The fact that it's forbidden already says that this couldn't be weak. Beneath his magic he can fight proficiently with his sword. Freed is a calm and very intelligent person and with his magic and skills I seriously think he has a good chance of beating Gajeel, Gray and Juvia. That is why I placed him above the other three.

-...I placed Gajeel over Gray? I think it's just this iron-ice thing. Gray is strong for sure and I like him very very much, but somehow I think that Gray's ice magic would lose against Gajeel's iron. In addition Gajeel is a dragon slayer, so...sorry Gray :(
