Who created the FT fan spot?

I've been wondering about this for a while now...because if the 'person' that invented the FT fan spot then that means he will get a lot of emails about the FT fanspot (actually depends on how he did his personal settings) so ya I want to know who created the Fairy Tail Fan spot
