Gray make Phantom Lord rise again?
Highly unlikely that Phantom Lord will come back, they were forced to disband by the magic council and core members went off by themselves (Gajeel and Juvia joined Fairy Tail and Totomaru became a magic teacher; no information on the others yet.) Even if Phantom Lord did make a return, I have no idea why Gray would have any part in it.
