Epic Delena Girls Question

Anybody know how to make icons?

I'm DYING for some Tonnie (Tyler/Bonnie) icons, and since the fans are basically non-existent so is their ship. (Well..they're starting to surface, but they're still rare) so there is practically nothing Tonnie anywhere. Does anybody make icons? Banners? Anything?! I just want some Tonnie! D:
