so ur parent is goth n ur emo n there r only a few emos at ur school. n someone keeps holding up a cross to u? thinking ur a devil worshipper?.. idk if i got it right. lol

if thats the case i would tell them ur cross is no comparison to the spells i can cast upon u! (lol n im just kidding of course, but they dont need to know that!!!)
otherwise i would tell a school teacher or principal that u r being harassed by another student!
