Emo Question

i need you guys help please...???

ok every one at my school says i dress emo and they call me emo girl or goth girl (stupied i no)
and i need to if i am cus i mean really DO NOT have even a simple idea.i like black and red and vampires and i dress emo my hair is a emo hair cut.i think alot of emo guys are HOTT! (LOL)
i read alot of vamp books and like alot of emo music and i like my room really dark.i also were eyeliner.so do you think i am emo?do i look emo? sorry about the pic being unside down. and feel free to ask me question.
i need you guys help please...???

It's okay to like that and not HAVE to call yourself goth/emo. And for the record, you don't look emo to me. :)

Emo to me is a over used stero type that has evoled, I mean it used to just be a type of music now they added what you have to look like and act like to me 'emo'. It really just has to do with your state of mind. I mean I guess I have a Emo state of mind but i look like a prep or a sports girl. You dont have to follow a code or anything really Emo is just how you think. Also if you were to look at it from defintion terms you cant be Emo because Emo is only a type of music.
