i need 2 stop cutting myself because i already cut my vain one time!!!!!! can anyone give me any tips on how 2 stop?

im going through the same thing. when u feel like cutting, scream in2 a pillow, punch something, get a rubber band and snap it, or talk 2 some1. try 2 do something preductive or hangout with ur friends, i stopped because my friends seen and got really upset (some cried, some got pissed) what if UR friends seen? how would they feel?
