when did u realize u were emo? i was 9, so it's been a few years. how about u?

After I graduated from middle school and I was 14, I wanted to turn emo. Never really succeeded in pulling off the look, so I'm kinda scemo, I guess...
But I always had this dark energy inside me, ever since elementary school. I think it was in 3rd grade when I had my first suicidal thought.

I am not 100 procent emo but I found out when I was eleven or twelve.

when i was 15...i realized that i am bloody emotional and can harm myself!!!

i never realized it, i just kinda grew into the style over years..but i've been depressed sense i was 5 years old when my parents got divorced...my life has gotten worse sense then..so that is no longer the source of my depression.
