how do i get an emo hair doo??? is there a specific way to cut it???

specific way?? hun,you gotta cut it urself!thats wat makes it even more you!its wat i did.dye it,cut it,layer,etc.its all on you! bear in mind,usually emo hair is dead-flat,or teased bigtime.
