Yes - she would have been the baby sister in the Cullen Family. Carlisle would have taught her to embrace their vegetarian lifestyle, and she would have enjoyed a fabulous existence in the Cullen Coven. It was sad she got executed by the Volturri. BUT - it is as the book was written. I was pleasantly surprised & very glad that Stephenie then followed up with a novella about Bree Tanner - its awesome!
