Generally, I like up to HBP. Because it makes the most sense Draco would start to see the error of his ways after the hell he went through in HBP.

But I don't really care, just as long as the story is good and they are both IC.

I like fics both during HBP and OotP, which are my favorite parts.

I just don't want them to be too young. Probably 15 minimum. But I don't like them over 19 either. It all depends. Plus, if the story has a really good concept, and is compelling enough, I'll read it anyways. But again, if they're underage, it's a tad off putting.

It just makes sense. Not too young and not too old. It works out too cause Draco starts to like how do you say it..stop believing in all of the pure-blooded nonsense..is that just me? or am I reading too many fics hehe
