Harry Potter: We see clear jealousy and anger in the books directed at Harry.

Ron and His Family: Due to their blood, he probably dislikes their influences with the Minstry (Well before it fell) and how they are lovers of muggles.

Hermione would be last. Honestly I saw that he only disliked her for a few reasons and they all come from reasons of how he was taught from a child that Muggleborns are inferior. Yes he may dislike her for doing better than him but its more of an annoyance on himself and for being Harry;'s close Friend.

Honestly Harry would be the one Draco can't stand the most. due to all the attention he gets.

To be completely honest he doesn't hate Harry. He's jealous. it was proven in the 7th movie. He hates Hermoine because she is a 'Mudblood' and lower then low in his eyes.

Harry for sure. It's more than just jealously, and you could hate someone, but still wouldn't want them hurt. And I wouldn't say he 'hates' Hermione, he just thinks he's above her. Plus, he wasn't just helping Harry in the 7th book/movie he was helping all three of them (Ron, Hermione, and Harry).
