I seem to have an affinity with dogs. There was a Doberman loose terrorizing the neighborhood once when I was like 12, biting tons of people... yet he let me walk up and get a leash on him and pet him til animal control arrived. Weird.

Yes, but only by my own dog! ;D He hates the dog belt, so..
But about an hour ago a dog ALMOST bit me. I was in shock. And then started laughing! :D

When I was like 8, a huge dalmation jumped up on me and bit my lip. I had to get stitches to this day the only dogs I won't go near are dalmations. FYI Dalmations aren't as friendly as they look!

when i was around 10 or so, i was riding my bike with a friend. we passed a lady walking her small yorkshire terrier on a pretty long lash it bit my leg as i was peddling past it. my mom's a nurse and had told me a month before about having to administer rabies shots to a young girl...so i made my friend promise not to tell anyone. i cleaned it up myself and didnt tell my parents until a few years ago. probably a stupid move but i am terrified of shots and was scared my mom would make me get them since there would be no way to track down the dog. =)

Yes I've been bitten, but I still LOOOVEE DOGIES!!! The biting was when my puppy Sophie was a baby, and she would just nip at my hands.

My dog doesn't bite you, she just play bites. (However, my dad loves to scare her which causes her to ACTUALLY bite him, but that's his fault.) :)

When I was a kid, I was petting the neighbor's blue heeler. I was told not to mess with him, he was a working cattle dog, not a pet, and he snapped at my face. I deserved it, shouldn't have been messing with him.

i was a dog bather and well you get a grumpy dog sometimes. worst thing was once this lab got me and the owner didnt even apolgize and blamed us in grooming b/c he claims he said to not touch the dogs head which he never did tell us.

I have a little beagle puppy, as placid as can be, but during puppy"hood" :) Most dogs bit and nip as it's pack mentality, So yes have been biting by dogs, many in fact but as pups, so should I count that as biting? Well most of the time it was mouthing, to see how far they could go play fighting

well, i woudnt call it biting. When they were pupps they used to nibble and play fight but would stop when you said "NO!". so not proper biting. ( when i say 'they' i have 2 dogs, by the way)

by this one dog my best friend had. I hated that dog and it might have been a factor in ending our friendship.

I was 11 at my friend;s house as usual. We were going to exchange a delicious bread for an ingredient from the neighbor. She had a big dog. It took a while but once it came at me I thought somehow he was on the leash. The house looked weird so I don't know. I started running and it bit my back and bottom. It hurt like poison. I;m good now.

Many bites, but only because jack russells are grumpy little men and only when he was ill and scared, or old and grumpy. And never a real "I'm attacking" bite, just warnings.

yea...a huge mixed breed dog named Titan bit my chest when I was running by it when I was, like, 9 years old. I was bleeding, and had to take these pills that were the size of a quarter! (my mom crushed them since most humans can't really swallow that, especially a 9 year old). After the dog bit me, the lady who owned him just kept saying sorry, and left! She probably was scared I'd sue her...:) I was really mad at her and that dog for like a year. I wasn't afriad of dogs though. If I see a huge dog walking by, I'll just ask if I can pet it if it's cute.

Well of course unless you count the playing but their always gentle. :) I love dogs and I've never been really bitten by one before... most of them just kinda are docile

I had an insane Pomeranian that bit me whenever I tried to pet it, even if it stood up and put it's front paws on my leg and gave me that super-cute "pet me, please!" look.
But now I've got two dogs that can fit their jaws over my forearm and luckily they're very sweet.

yes this was my first dog but my parents third. I was like 3 or 4 and i went to grab my dogs bone when she bit me. We didn't get rid of the dog. But sadly she died in like after i was in first grade going to second. Now i'll be going to ninth after summer break. And now we are on my third dog. I love dogs so much

One REAL bite from a GOLDEN, of all types,trying to help him. He was gettin' picked on by 2 younger, bigger, and very much stronger labs who were trying to cull him from the pack. He bit me accidently thinking I was trying to beat HIM off.

My friend's Dalmation attacked me once. He tried to bite me but I got away. He mainly just scratched up my back really bad. A couple months later he bit someone, so they had to put him down =/

one really old grumpy dog

well my dog is old and cranky and she is weird and takes all the socks in sight and then she lies down with them, and if anyone goes near or takes a sock from her she will bite and once i accidentily stod on her with a sock once :O it did not end well :)lol

when i was 7 a dog came out of nowhere, bite my hand, grab my chocolate bar and ran away! he assault me, but it dint hurt he just made me drop my chocolate.

when my shih tzu was 7 months old we took him for the 1st time to the park with my sis and mom.i went to see a "cute yorkie" and my mom was walking my dog 2-3 meters away and when the yorkie saw him he bit me!It didn't hurt me and it wasn't painfull but i got really pissed off especially when the lady which had the dog told me:he is a good doggy but now he saw the other dog.. I said that the "other dog" is my doggy and that a dog that bites you because he saw another dog across the street isn't a good dog.

I was about eight or nine years old. I was at the neighbours house and I bent down to pat their Australian Cattle Dog when it gave me a hard nip on the face! Luckily it didn't scar, but ever since then I have never liked the Cattle Dog breed at all.

Mostly by a rotten little Jack Russell terrier that lived next door and used to poop in our garden. It sounds horribly cruel of me but I was quite relieved when the postman backed over her. Sorry if that sounds bad...she was a pretty horrible dog. But then, her owners were even more stupid.

By my own dog, but he didn't do it deliberately. He was going for the toy I was holding, and he felt bad when he realized that he hurt me.

Never viciously, but when my cousin's dog was a puppy (and teething) she decided that she liked gnawing on my arm. Also I think once or twice my next door neighbour's dog has accidentally bitten my hand when I've been holding something she wants. XD
