David Tennant

Matt Smith, becuase they've made him more, um, eccentric... This makes him funnier and a bit more alien, and less serious whih was one of the only downsides to David Tennant at times. I think Matt is a very good actor. (I'm also quite a fan of Tom Baker - anyone want a jely baby?)
