Doctor Who Tardis - Turn Left

Probably was explained or I am just being dense but was there something wrong with the tardis at the end of episode 11 because i swear it looked odd. If there was i think it is either:

-A paradox machine again (Unlikely)
- or it is able to fly through to parallel worlds.

i dno just speculating

Yeah, it was red. I dout it was the paradox or flying through to parallel worlds. I think it is resonding to the danger

But Mauve is the international color of danger.

I saw it as a paradox symbol. Though maybe the Tardis translates danger colors the same way it translates languages, lol.
