Unless he finds another way to cheat death, asides hiding inside a Teselecta, he shall regenerate two more times, as he is in his eleventh incarnation, but has regenerated ten times. :) This applies to the Doctor, if these speculations are true. :)
A Time Lord can die if killed on contact but I think he can live forever because in "School Reunion" he told Sarah Jane he's regenerated half a dozen times since they last met and he was regenerating even before the first day they met and it seems like the only thing he fears when he regenerates is what he'll look like and not his own death.

He does fear his death though. Because he will be someone else entirely. Granted, his hearts keep beating and he has the same memories, everything his is as that man dies when he regenerates.
the tv show is stuck on 13 regenerations, but according to other CANNON DR WHO sources timelords can regenerate over 500 times so is not a real issue if bbc decided to go beyond. since reality is subjective to the dr alternates, fractals, other forms of space e,m etc. not to mention his daughter is out there(new char new set of regens, romana in another dimension, susan dr's granddaughter so many ways around regen limit

It just occured to me I don't think it's ever been known how many times he's regenerated. For all we know he probably regenerated thousands of times. I guess it depends how many times he's actually regenerated before meeting Barbera and Ian.
