I've asked the same question before and trying to think of an answer makes my brain hurt. In short, it's impossible. Steven Moffatt wrote in a few lines of nonsense about all of it being the eye of the storm of the universe ending, thus anything is possible, but it doesn't make any real sense. Furthermore, if the sonic screwdriver could have opened the pandorica it would have been opened in part one without all of the trouble of waiting for it to open itself.
Also, during Russell Davies years, no person could touch their past self without fear of destroying the universe. Steven Moffatt ignores this rule and has Amy touching Amelia, the doctor touching himself, and even in the Christmas Special, the scrooge-esque character hugging himself. Again, each time is explained with timey wimey mumbo jumbo. Luckily, the episodes are still easily enjoyable.
