Madame Medusa- She is deliciously and sappily evil, yet people easily forget about her next to the other villainesses.

Frollo- He is Disney's most evil villain in my opinion, but he doesn't have as much attention as say, Maleficent, Captain Hook, or Cruella De Vil.

Lady Tremaine- Regularly overshadowed by Maleficent. She has no magic, but very evil anyway.

Queen of Hearts- Often forgotten, but she is (in my opinion) Disney's funniest villain, and my personal favorite.

-Hades (Hercules) - He tried to kill a little baby. How is he not known?

-Clayton (Tarzan) - He doesn't have powers or connections to the supernatural and is kind of overlooked in the movie.
