She's not even a princess in the movie, so why should she be considered a DP?

I do like her, but I don´t think she´s DP material. I mean her movie is not even an animated classic. It´s not even animated at all.

boolander25 does it really matter? I mean technically Mulan wasn't a princess (at all) and yet she's considered a DP.
