If it actually was a cousin who did this, you could just report his/her account rather than leaving the site forever. If they were found to be creating multiple accounts to cheat they would be banned. It would also vindicate you, since the Fanpop peeps can tell when a bunch of accounts came from the same computer, so they would know which accounts were linked to one person's computer. I'm assuming you aren't claiming to share a computer with your cousin, since that wouldn't make sense, partly because of the timing, so it would prove who did what.

The only reason not to do that is if you know doing so would only prove all the accounts were made by you. Even if that's the case as long as this doesn't happen again I'm sure people will get over this, so I wouldn't feel run off the site. If it was you as long as it doesn't happen again people will get past it, and if it wasn't you then reporting your cousin is an easy way to solve the issue.

Also, if you do choose to stay, as well as maybe avoiding any more pick-rigging drama it might be best to try to be more respectful of different opinions. One big reason people believe you did this is in the past you've been pretty rude to anyone who disagrees with you, especially when it comes to Ariel. It's hard to believe anyone else would go to this much trouble to ensure Ariel wins picks when you are the only one who freaks out on anyone who doesn't seem to love her.

I personally am finding it extremely hard to believe this story. First it was just one cousin, then it's multiple cousins, they'll only leave fanpop if you leave fanpop, you are leaving, you're not leaving. Maybe this was just a bad decision that blew up in your face? Hey, It happens to the best of us.

Either way Kataralover, you've probably lost your credibility with the Disney Princess fanpop community. Whether your story is true or not is irrelavent at this point. If you are innocent, than I'm extremely sorry for the accusations people have made but as Asvini said, you've treaded on a number of people's toes. If you intend to be more tactful and would like to stay, probably the best thing to do would be to create a new account so you can regain a level on anonymity and shield yourself from any future backlashings.
