Disney Princess Ursula's Contract (Hidden Disney Messages?)

Hey Fellow Disney Fans!

So out of idle curiosity I wanted to find out exactly what Ursula's contract stated. So frame-by-frame I was able to reconstruct the entire contract and strangely enough...this is what I found.


Aside from the obvious Mickey Mouse image, the middle half appears to be gibberish. I know it's not IPA but it could be like MadGab or it could be like those word games where you replace one letter for another. Anyone got any ideas?

I was just as curious as you about what the contract said, so I slowed it down one day when I decided to check. I was surprised to see that it was the gibberish you have shown in that image up there. I guess Disney didn't think too many people actually wanted to see the whole contract word for word since it is supposed to be scrolled through really fast in the movie.
