I'm not sure if this'll last, but it's worth a shot... I'll start with a statement and whisper it in someone's ear, so to speak. That person "mishears" what I say as something similar sounding yet different.
Ex:Johnny's in the basement working on some medicine.
• Mommy's in the basement working on her second inn.
• Money's in your face when cooking in the separate den. Etc.
