John Smith had enjoyed two wonderful years with his wife Pocahontas. In those two years there had been ups and downs as with any married couple, but they never lost sight of how their love had been found again. Through the seasons that passed, they never lost each other. She had been the joy of his life and he had been hers. As perfect at their life was, there was a change that was to come. Many voices had spoken to calm them and advise them through the last nine months. Every voice was taken seriously as they locked it away in their mind. Now as Pocahontas lay on her back in pain, screaming for it to stop, there was no voice that could calm John. He remained strong for Pocahontas as she griped his hand so tightly, it send pain through his whole arm. He promised he would never let her go, even if that meant her hurting him. He knew the pain would be worth it. On the other side, stood her father Chief Powhatan as she gripped his hand as well.
“Breath Pocahontas” Kekata said. “The spirits are here with us to calm you.”
Pocahontas took deep breath as she continued to scream. Her tribe were fearful. There have been many others to go through this pain, though never had they heard screams so loud and painful from this ordeal. They looked through the tent to see her, though they were shocked at the hurt they saw on her face.
With one final scream, there was a new sound that came to the world. John Smith gasped at the sight of her. He had never seen such a person of beauty before. The beautiful baby girl before him was of dark skin as her mother and hair black just as her mother too. After cleaning her, Kekata wrapped her in blankets and handed her over to Pocahontas who held her tenderly in her arms. John Smith leaned over them in a protective manner. As Pocahontas and John stared at each other, they felt an overwhelming feeling of joy that they have never felt before. John held them close and smiled. This is the love his mother always meant when she talked of it.
“It’s amazing.” Chief Powhatan spoke. “She looks just like you. She’s beautiful.”
“Thank you father. I know she’ll grow up to be very happy.”
“I know you’ll be good parents. The kind I can be proud of. I’ll leave you two alone with your daughter.”
Kekata followed Chief Powhatan out. Upon being alone, John and Pocahontas realized they needed to name their child. Pocahontas knew her name had to have a strong meaning, while John would have accepted any name if it made her happy.
“Any name will be just fine, my love.”
John looked at Pocahontas and was grateful to her. She was the mother of his child and now they never could be apart again. They truly had been found again. Pocahontas lifted her head forward, and at this John kissed her. They both knew this was the start of the rest of their lives together.
“I know her name. It’s a fine name that I know will suit her well. She will be of strong spirit and so her name will mean spirit.”
“That’s fine my dear, what is it?”
“Catori.”

Ariel and Belle are the most beloved and popular Disney princesses in Fanpop. To tell the truth, Belle has slightly more fans. She is pretty, sure, but beautiful? Not likely. She has brown hair and hazel eyes (that's a charmer) but to me it looks quite plain. And she's pretty but she's TOTALLY ANAWARE OF IT? Really? Like she didn't see it when she looked in that mirror?
But Ariel was completely aware of it. She tried to be good-looking in front of her dream boy. Red hair and blue eyes are a lot prettier than brown hair and hazel eyes to me.
Belle reads (which is why people like her) and seeks for adventure, while Ariel fights for what she wants to get it. Sure, Belle does think of others first and Ariel is a bit selfish, but Belle also is TOO perfect. Nobody's perfect. At least Ariel made mistakes and we can relate to her.
So as you can see, this is why I prefer Ariel a lot more than Belle.

Since I am trying to make the Princess Of The Month more popular, this is another one of my ideas. In the end of each month I'll post articles, based on the countdowns for songs, hairstyles and outfits. There everybody will have the chance to discuss whether they agree with the results, what corresponded to their expectations, and what they wish would have been different!
I was recently informed that the problem with the pictures in the articles is gone, and now the pictures can be put inside the text. However, I'm going to continue using mainly pictures for my articles, because first of all, that's what I've been doing for the rest of the articles from these series, and second, I like this way of doing articles! So maybe at some point I will switch back to the explanatory and sophisticated words articles, but for the time being I will stick to my picture articles!
Here are the results of the POTM Outfits Countdown: ~*Pocahontas*~ (May 2013)! Enjoy and share your opinion!
