I went on Spirit Halloween store online and Party City to get some costume inspiration for these.
1. Snow White: Fairy Princess (she is just so sweet)
2. Cinderella: Glinda from Wizard of Oz (She would want to be a fairy godmother to others and it is a long, traditional dress like I feel she would wear.)
3. Aurora: Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus (they both are excellent singers that may have their heads in the cloud at times)
4. Ariel: Ballerina (She always wanted to dance)
5. Pocahontas: Mother Nature (no one can deny her connection with nature and Grandmother Willow)
6. Jasmine: Marionette (I think she would want to make a statement that people were trying to control her like she was a puppet)
7. Mulan: Ninja (she is very brave and good with a sword)
8. Belle: Hermione (she enjoys books and adventures)
9. Tiana: Frog or Voodoo Doll (ties in with her movie)
10. Merida: Robin Hood (she loves archery and doesn't like girly outfits)
11. Rapunzel: Pegasus (She loves everything colorful and wanted to spread her wings)
12. Anna: Deer Poncho (Anna loves her capes and would look so cute as a deer. I could also see her in a scarecrow dress. Anything cute and functional since she is super active.)
13. Elsa: Broken China Doll (I went as this costume last year for Halloween. I think it suits Elsa because she was seen as perfect like a china doll, but that part of herself was shattered when she sang "Let it Go" and "that perfect girl is gone.")
14. Moana: Mermaid or Shark (I think it would be so funny if Moana wore a shark outfit that would remind her of when Maui accidentally turned himself into a shark. I think she would also like being a mermaid since she loves the water so much.)
