1. Snow White. I've liked her since I was a kid. I love how while she's so sweet and altruistic she isn't afraid to be stern with them. She's so admirable.
2. Aurora (basically they're tied but I decided if I had to pick I'd lower Aurora). I relate to her so much! I'm also stuck in a certain place in life but am trying to make the best of it. We're both so imaginative and socially awkward, but I admire her so much for being so obedient, elegant and kind.
3. Cinderella. The best role model (along with Snow). She's dreamy but very grounded, bitter but tries very hard to be strong and stoic. She's very humble and never lets her bad life make her cruel to anyone. She's so easy to relate to in her struggles and realistic personality.
4. Pocahontas. The more I think about her, the more I LOVE her! She's also really easy for me to relate to. I also wonder what my destiny is and am on the watch for it. She's both mature and playful and loves nature like me.
5. Jasmine. I can either really like or really dislike Jasmine. She's a realistic teenager and I find her interesting or annoying because of this. She can be a brat but she's also fearless, crafty, and romantic.
6. Tiana. I think her personality is a bit bland, but I love that she's very warm and just lights up when she talks about her restaurant. I also relate to having to work all the time (but not because of having a goal).
7. Rapunzel. Like with Jasmine, Punz is a hit-or-miss with me. I love that she's artistic and how she reacts when she first leaves the tower! I just wish she were more original and less defiant.
8. Mulan. I love how Mulan is so loyal and obedient. She's willing to marry a stranger to honor her family and I think she's very admirable for putting them first. I just find her overrated and a bit perfect.
9. Merida. I love that Merida is the only princess (besides Anna) to own up to her mistake and also try to fix it. I like how while she's a wild tomboy, she's eloquent and cunning. I just don't care for the "strong independent womyn" thing.
10. Ariel. Ariel is fun to watch, so wistful and enthusiastic. I just prefer characters who are better role models is all.
11. Belle. While I do think Belle IS a better role model than Ariel, she does a lot of dumb things and bores me. But i like how cultured and graceful she is.

1. Cinderella - It's so beautiful she managed to hold on her dreams all those years. She's a strong and realistic character.
2. Belle - I love her passion for books and adventure.
3. Snow White - I love her optimism and philosophy of life.
4. Jasmine - I love her cleverness and sweet side.
5. Rapunzel/Aurora (tie) - I love how Aurora is so romantic and playful. I love Rapunzel because she's artistic and creative.
6. Ariel - I love how non-prejudiced and open-minded she is.
7. Tiana - I love her ambition and work-ethic.
8. Pocahontas - I love how free-spirited and playful she is. Her indecision is endearing.
9. Merida - I love how she admits her mistakes and grows to appreciate her mother more.
10. Mulan - I love her selflessness and loyalty to her father.

If you had to break the tie who would be sixth and who would be fifth?

5. Rapunzel, 6. Aurora. But why aren't ties alowed? You could just split the points.

1. Merida - Merida is such an inspiration to me that it is almost unreal. I was in a really bad place, but Merida taught me to never give up and if I hated my situation, only I had the power to change it :) Without Merida, I wouldn't really be who I am today.

2. Belle - I think Belle is the princess who is most like me (with bits of Tiana and Merida mixed in) so I relate to her the most. She is intelligent and proud of it - she never tries to dumb herself down because the villagers hate her for who it. She's smart, has a good heart and is beautiful - and I LOVE her for it.

3. Tiana - All my life, I have been taught that you don't really get anything unless you work for it, but sadly not everybody is taught the same. Tiana is a REALLY good role-model for young girls. Also, I find her determination and hard-work extremely admirable. I just LOVE this girl!

4. Mulan - Mulan is probably the most feminist figure of all the princesses and I love her for it! She proves that a girl can be just as able as a man, despite living in a very sexist time. I also think it's really good that she saves a whole country, not just a kingdom or a few people.

5. Aurora - She has a really sweet singing voice and I like her thoughtful but dreamy nature. I really wish she had more screen time as I think she is a truly amazing character (although child hood nostalgia may be one of the reasons she's so high).

6. Elsa - Elsa is by far the best character in her movie. Like most people, she deals with intense stress and fear, but Elsa is so cool because she finds a way to LET IT GO. She pretty much makes peace with herself and learns to accept herself. She is also a really caring person, but I feel at times she overreacts a little.

7. Jasmine - Jasmine is feisty, determined and seductive but suffers (like Aurora and maybe Elsa) from the curse of little screen time.

8. Rapunzel - Rapunzel's smart but she is too similar to the other princesses (both in personality and ability) to make her really stand out.

9. Pocahontas - She is daring and has a good sense of humour. She is a little bland at times though.

10. Cinderella - Cinderella is a lot like Tiana so I like her for that, but I don't like how she finally achieves her happy ending. I feel a really good possible plot-line was ruined :(

11. Snow White - I like how kind and caring she is, but I also have issues about some of her actions so she is not very high on our list.

12. Ariel - Ariel was progressive from the slightly less pro-active classics, but I feel that's the only good thing I can really say about her. Sorry Ariel fans :(

13. Anna - Anna is cute and funny but that's as much as I can begrudge her.

11. Cinderella-the most boring one to me. She doesn't stand up for herself and is the lowest on my prettiest list, not that she is ugly but I think she's the most plain and generic.
10. Aurora- beautiful and with a gorgeous singing voice but she hardly appears in her own film and lacks some personality. She also doesn't stand up for herself.
9. Belle- the most overrated princess. She is sort of boring to me and too perfect. I've never thought she was that pretty, just kind of normal/plain. Has never interested me much.
8. Tiana- she's a bit boring and preachy at times but she has sass, which I like, and she's a good role model but I admire her more than I like her. She's beautiful and has a good voice though.
7. Jasmine- I like her spunk and exotic appearance but she was never my favorite from that movie and never got really interested in her.
6. Snow White- I like her unique appearance and dress and I just like her. I'm not even completely sure why. She's sweet but has a more direct/bossy side as well, which I like, but she doesn't fight for herself.
5. Ariel- I like her spirit and beauty and that she is brave. She's got a lot of nice qualities and is a good depiction of a teenage girl. She seems more human than some of the others.
4. Pocahontas- I love how different she is. She's mature, adventurous, and strong. I've always really liked her for being so different.
3. Merida- I love how different she is too. She's strong, brave, and stands up for herself. I love that she acts and looks so different and unprincess like compared to the others and that she is an archer and needs no man.
2. Rapunzel- like Ariel, I think she has many very nice qualities and I admire her optimism and determination. I also love how artistic she is and how realistic she is. She's pretty and she's not too perfect like some say.
1. Mulan- I love everything about her. Her appearance, strength, self improvement, and much more. She's not too perfect and was the first and I think only princess to show that women can do whatever men do. I love that she is a warrior and even though she isn't really a princess she is the best for me.
