Disney Princess Question

Why do the characters in Frozen call Elsa "The Queen" before she's coronated?

Pretty much everyone refers to her as "the queen" or "her/your majesty" (majesty being king/queen, highness being princess/prince) before she's officially coronated. She techically and legally isn't queen until the priest announces "Queen Elsa", yet everyone refers to her as such before that. I've been wondering why for a while now, maybe you guys could help me?

Well, it's happened in history before where a ruler is king/queen for several years before being officially coronated

The King and Queen have been gone for three years, so they probably referred to her as it. Also they want to emphasize Elsa is the Snow Queen, for which the movie is loosely based on

Probably just because she's becoming Queen. Or maybe she already was queen, but wasn't coronated yet? I don't know, I'm not an expert in those things. However, it's obvious that the writers did it to be clear that the characters are refering to her, and not to Princess Anna.
