Disney Princess Question

How do you get a "die hard" or "dedicated" title for a club

I'm new and a REALLY big fan of anything disney (esp.Brave, Tangled and Frozen/all princesses) and I want a title like that on my profile. Is it something you earn or is it a choice? How can you get it?

Green: Dedicated
Yellow: Die-Hard
Red: Fanatic
And the hardest one and newest one is orange: Super Fan. So earn a medal and you'll earn one of those titles.

Or you can be like Dylan (dclairmont) and like never get it, but that's rare and is probably not going to happen to you since you are a nice user! :D
