You go to the homepage (link) and after scrolling down a little you can find the "Create a new club" option on the right, under the "Pop quiz" box!

Exactly :) But be sure, that the club you want to make doesn´t already exists! Like, if you want to do a Brave club and name it Brave-is-great, then it would be a dublicate of the original Brave club, because the subject is the same. Just an example :)
