Hm... Mulan, Jasmine, and Pocahontas both having two makes this difficult. I guess I'd say Anika Nani Rose, seeing as she does both the singing and speaking voice of Tiana, who has my 2nd favorite sining voice and maybe my favorite speaking voice.

I like rapuzel from tangled. Mandy Moore's voice. becouse her voise is soft & fresh.
Linda Larkin and Mandy Moore. My least favorite princesses are voiced by these two! Ironic. Mandy is a great actress, and her voice is angelic. Linda really has a magnetic personality!
