Okay, I really REALLY do not get why Feminist authors blame Pink, Barbie and Disney Princesses for everything.???

It's ridiculous. I LOVE LOVE LOVE princesses, almost everything I own is pink, and I have strong feminist opinions. I am very much a princess girly-girl and am very pro-women. Does it annoy me that models use photoshop to make themselves unrealistically skinny? Why yes, it does. Do I blame this on barbies and Disney princesses? Why no, I do not.

Its get me so angry when people say stuff like i espically hate that stupid book cinderell ate my daughter and i havent heard of princess recovery

If anything, blame the majority of men. They're the ones that make all those commericals/advertisements, shows, movies, video games, etc with all of those toothpick skinny girls and big breasts.

I don't see anything wrong with Disney cartoons. I like them and don't find anything wrong with them.

Although, I do agree that you shouldn't count on a man to do everything for you. As a matter of fact, they'll want you to do everything for them. "Make me a sandwich", "Get back in the kitchen", "Give me the remote", "Get me my beer", "blahblahblahblah".

They also expect you to look great all the time, take care of the kids and house all by yourself, and many other annoying things.

I like men, but I just hate most of them. xD

To say it very simple - because it´s easy.
Those are obvious things, which don´t requiere much thinking, so they take them and blame them for everything.....instead of looking on how parents "do their job" on telling their kids, what is real, what is not, how to act in a proper way, etc.
And yes, to have children is a job and if you´re not up to the challenge, do your kids, society and yourself a good deed and think twice before getting them XD

Yha. I was talking about babie movies with my friend at a sleepover and blamed Barbies for girls being insure at the age of 8. Ok I'm a feminist and I like Babie and Disney princess I mean whats wrong with a little imagination?? When I had Barbies I never wanted to look like her at all!!
The next thing is there are a BUNCH of things that can lead to girls being insure. Like bullying or girls they see on TV. Like i was watch Disney Channel with my younger cousin and one of the girls said she doesn't eat because she didn't want to get fat(WTF!!) Why can't feminist came at that or what girls watch!!

Like blaming Disney Princesses and Barbie is getting really old. Feminist need to focus on more things like girls and video games. And how boys are bullying them online cause there GIRLS and there GOOD at it!!

Maybe if people sat down with there kids and said:
Barbie is made out of plastic she is made to be skinny!
You are not and you are beautiful! Like come on it is just getting old!!!

I'm a feminist and I totally diagree with Cinderella Ate My Daughter, after all I mentioned her in my Disney/ Disney Princess Rant (yes, that's a title)...I mean...kids wear these Cinderella clothes because they want to look like their idols, and they don't see a difference at all between Barbie. When I was 8 I always thought that barbie looked like she had a little wright, but nor skinny or fat.

Feminists annoy me to no end, every little girl should take those films as a good lesson since they should be polite, mannered and dreamy like a princess,

I hate feminist's opinion! All those DP movies give us moral and spiritual support, it doesn't teach us how to be anorexic! Not just DP, but also on famous beauty pageants like Miss Universe or Miss World!
