What program do you use to make the fanarts in this spot?

Photoshop and Gimp are good programs. I mostly use Gimp because I don't have photoshop. But photoshop is the best to use. Photoscape is pretty good too. Theres also the photo editing site Picnik.com as well which is pretty good with their effects. Hope this helps.
