How can I get myself to look like Rapuzel.

All the portrayals of voice to look alikes I have seen from the ones in Disney parks and even Mandy Moore's voice her self I believe cannot bring out who Rapunzel truly is. A boyish, scene stopper yet gental girl hip hopper jumping place to place. I can do all of that but I don't look very much like her. Well I can be able to do her at the end when she is brunette because I am a natural brunette. Who could I give off the blond hair look?
