Ursula's Plan

I know something Ursula could have done that would have made taking over the ocean easier. She could have turned into Vanessa but also as a mermaid and tried to seduce Triton. That way it would be legal, she marries the king and she becomes the queen. It would have made it alot easier for her to become queen, instead she does this completely over thought of plan of using his daughter. I think the reason she didn't do it was because she's his sister. What do yal think about all this?

idk, i just look at the original movie, since it's the story, the others are just what they thought of might be, that's it.

I always thought being his sister was the reason she didn't do this, maybe she was turned into an ugly octopus lady when she was banished

I think she'd love to see Triton suffering, because she's evil. And if she succeed both Triton and Ariel would suffer a lot, which would flatter her and her evil desires.
