Disney Princess Question

Cinderella 3- A twist in time. Does it bother anyone else that Anastasia was going after the prince when she had fallen in love with the baker in the 2nd movie?

What ever happened to that romance? Did they break up or something? Idk. What are your thoughts on this.

Okay. There's Cinderella 1, then 2, then in 3, Lady Tremaine reverses time back to after the prince had met Cinderella and before he had married her, but as she erased The Prince's memory of Cinderella, so he did not look for her.
Anastasia doesn't even know the baker exists, as she hasn't met him yet - Tremaine doesn't need to erase her memory of him because she doesn't have an memories of him, he's in her future.
At the end of the film, you see that Anastasia has ended up with the baker.
So no, they did not break up, you were merely seeing the period before their relationship took place.

Wat they show in the third movie happens before she even meets the baker. At the end of the movie during the credits, u can see a portrait of her with the Baker, showing that she has moved on and found someone to be with.

Maybe she figured out that she would rather be a princess than the wife of a baker, but if I were her, I would go for the prince instead of some baker.
I know, I'm kinda cold. :D

I'm not sure why Anastasia wanted to go after the prince if I think she should have already met the baker by the time the movie started. Anastasia met the baker after Cinderella and Prince Charming got married. Lady Tremaine made time go back to before Cinderella and the Prince married and made the prince forget he danced with Cinderella. But she didn't do anything to erase Anastasia's memory so I don't know. (also in that episode, Cinderella and Anastasia become friends, and in the beginning of the third movie, Anastasia wants to ruin her relationship with the Prince)

Unless the movie pretends the second movie doesn't exist. Or the beginning of the third movie took place before she met the baker. I would assume that during that year that Cinderella and Prince Charming were married, Anastasia should have met him already. *shrugs*

I'm just gonna go with because whatever happened in Cinderella II were just episodes, whatever happened didn't count because it was like, made-for-TV and not officially in the "movie world".

At least in the ending credits of the third movie, you see Anastasia with the baker.

How I see the continuity is that the 2nd movie's story line(s) would actually come after the 3rd movie, even though they call Twist in Time the third. Because of this, Anastasia had never met the baker because it's before that story, and then after the 3rd movie is when she would fall in love with him etc.

I personally see this as what WOULD have happened if Lady Tremaine had not stolen the wand, and changed things, rather than something that will happen, did and was erased, because we honestly don't know when "Cinderella's ball" happened. I could have been for her wedding anniversary for all we know.

And we see something happened whichever way things turned out, ie. Anastasia and the baker. Infact, it would be easier, without mum and sister there interfering. I imagine some or most of the events mentioned happen similarly if not the same, so the stories are not entirely non-universe... Thats how I see it

Anastasia didn't want to marry Prince Charming. Lady Tremaine forced her to Marry the Prince Also Drizella was forced to be evil, When she said ha-ha we won Prince Charming Said, you won what,Then she said nothing,Then Lady
said if you say another word you would be
banished Too, She was scared after That, And also Anastasia said I don't, And the reasons why she reversed time was.

1. She's a gold-digger.

2. revenge on cinderella.

3. For a palace

But the moral of the cinderella movies Dreams come true, And Good always triumphs over Evil.

This thought always bothered me but when I searched up the wiki, it states that the third movie is actually directly after the 1950 Cinderella movie, rather than the second movie. They dubbed it as the "second and last sequel to the 1950 Classic Cinderella film". Hope that clears up everything.
