Would would have happened if Belle touched the rose in the West Wing?

I agree with everyone else...I don't think anything would've happened either. The Enchantress at the beginning said that it would bloom UNTIL his 21st year, so I assume that it would bloom until then no matter what.

If Belle had touched the rose, she could've accidentally knocked some of the petals off, leaving the Beast with even less time of breaking the curse.

Yea, he did really freak out over nothing. Maybe he was afraid her touching it would make a petal fall?

Nothing. The Beast just didn't want anyone touching it because he was afraid they'd damage it. But Belle is a delicate looking person, so I doubt anything disastrous would've happened.

She would have knocked off more petals giving the beast less time to break the curse
