Disney Princess Question

Did anybody else notice these things.....

First, Cinderella originally had a silver dress
They made Aurora more blond, and even though she like, never wears the pink dress, she's always in pink on merchandise
And they almost completely changed Belle and Ariel's look (compare pictures below to pictures on banner)These things have always irritated me

From an official Disney Princess personality quiz that I took on a DVD, it confirmed the fact that Cinderella's dress was white ( it was one of magical princess party DVDs or whatever. I really don't remember the title of it, but I always know that A is always a Cinderella answer). Anyway, I think the blue was added for the coloring effect since it's seen many times throughout the movie.

Aurora does wear the pink dress through the many color flicks at the very end of the movie. My guess is the pink shows more femininity in Aurora (as well as adding more color to her blond hair) and since pink is an attractive color to young girls.

As for Belle's and Ariel's looks comparing to the photos and the banner, I say the banner photos shows is a more popular and uniquely figured attraction when it comes to merchandise. Their appearances on their merchandise displays part of each princess's iconic scene(s) from their movie.

Well this what I think of the situation, and simply they just want their merchandise to show that they are princesses. If someone who doesn't know anything about Disney took one look at the princesses, they would automatically get the message.

Ok right now I kinda forgot about it a little. The only thing I can remember is that the DVD had featured interactive games, music videos, random clips from TV shows, etc. The cover had a picture of a real little girl in a costume I think next to a princess.

Well, Cinderellas dress is silver/bluish
and the reason Sleeping beauty is in pink is that right before the story book cover closes she ends in Pink- Which means Flora " won" the blue/pink thing. And Ariel and Belle are in there peasent outfits and arnt dressed up when Ariel is a mermaid, and Belle is in her blue and white dress they appear in merchandise in their pink and yellow ball gowns.

Yeah, Cinderella sometimes had a blue tint in the movie so they just added more color to it. In my opinion, there is enough blue dresses in the lineup, Cinderella's and Jasmine's. So standing with them, I guess I prefer Aurora with the pink dress.

Now that you mention it, Snow White looks a little different too. She looks a little more detailed. I think it's her eyes.
