Hmmm, this one is hard because I don't know who would be good with Yzma. I personally wouldn't want her with a villain. I would want her with someone good who would actually love her so I think she would need a good guy. I feel like Yzma and Hook would make an initial connection by talking about how obsessed they are with Peter/Kuzco so they would promise to help each other. But Hook would become so obsessed with Peter that he would neglect Yzma and she would just leave.

Because They are both Comedic Villains and They are both Vengeful to the Younger and Youthful Protagonists.
