As much as I love Dean and Cas and believe they love each other, there is nothing and nobody in this or any world Dean would put in front of Sam.

As much as I love Dean with Cas and it's one of the main reasons I watch SPN, the whole storylines and point will be messed if Dean would to ever put anyone in front of Sam.
After all Dean & Sam is the main relationship of this show.
But if we're talking about 'romance', than Cas certainly has better shot than Sam, since Sam is the blooded sibling to Dean. Just saying lol
